“Ktima (estate) Vakakis” is a fenced property with a total surface area of 108,000m2 in central Greece. Administratively it belongs to the Prefecture of Fthiotida. Its specific location is 38o 35’ 22’’ North (Latitude) and 22o 43’ 38 ‘’ East (Longitude).
The plot of land falls within the Municipality of Amfiklia – Elateia with the closest villages being those of Agia Paraskevi and Kato Tithorea. The site is at an elevation of 167 m above sea level, on the feet of Mont Parnassos, which hosts the biggest and most frequented ski resort of Greece.
